GM901 : PERSONAL COMPUTER (PC) SUPPORT TECHNICIAN (1 Position)

Contractor shall provide a PC Support Technician that will perform various tasks to receive, store, image, deploy, repair and dispose of PC equipment. In addition, the PC Support Technician must be able to maintain and manage PC hardware inventory. The PC Support Technician position requires an in-depth understanding of computer hardware, software and peripheral devices. The PC support Technician will perform imaging, provide effective solutions for break/fix problems and assist with the receiving of purchased Information Technology (IT) equipment and the disposal of IT equipment that has reached end of life.

QUALIFICATIONS
A two (2) year or four (4) year degree in IT and/or a minimum of a CompTIA A+ certification.

PC Support Technician must have a minimum of five (5) years of current hands-on experience in desktop and/or maintenance support performing the following:

  • PC Imaging
  • Repairing PC equipment
  • Wiping Hard Drives
  • Troubleshooting and identifying root cause of PC equipment performance problems
  • Supporting end users via a service request (ticketing) system

GM902 : PROJECT MANAGER (1 Position)

A Project Manager that will perform the following:

(i) Lead a team of cross-functional resources in the execution of project deliverables for the projects in accordance with Client’s strategic needs.
(ii) Create and maintain the following project management artifacts/documents:
a. Responsibility matrix – Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, Informed (RACI)
b. Project management plan
c. Project schedule
d. Procurement related documents (Statement of Work (SOW), Executive Summary and Independent Cost Estimate (ICE)
e. Weekly status reports
f. Budget documents (i.e. spend plan, acquisition plan) risks and issues logs
g. Lessons learned (iii) Support the achievement of the project objectives, perform the following tasks:

Contractor shall provide a highly skilled Enterprise (Voice & Data) Architect with experience supporting a large enterprise system with knowledge of Azure or Amazon Web Services (AWS) that will perform design, configuration, and implementation to support the Authority’s network communications hardware, switches, storage, email, train control, and closed-circuit television (CCTV).

QUALIFICATIONS
Four (4) year degree in Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics. The Enterprise (Voice & Data) Architect must be a Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or Cisco Certified Design Professional (CCDP) and must be Cisco Certified Network Associate Voice (CCNA Voice). Minimum of five (5) years of hands-on experience with multi-site VoIP configuration and experience with H.323, Ses s ion Ini t iat ion Protocol (SIP) and/or Me d i a Ga t ewa y C o n t r o l (MGC) protocols. The Enterprise (Voice & Data) Architect must have exceptional administration, troubleshooting and support experience with Cisco Un i f i e d C o n t a c t C e n t e r E x p r e s s ( UCCX) version 10 and above.

GM904 : NETWORK ENGINEER (5 Positions)

Network Engineer with experience supporting a large Enterprise system with knowledge of Azure or Amazon Web Services (AWS) that will perform design, configuration, and implementation to support the Authority’s Network communications
hardware, switches, storage, email, train control, and closed-circuit television (CCTV).

QUALIFICATIONS
Four (4) year degree in Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics. Minimum of seven (7) years of experience with engineering and administration in large network environments. Must have a strong analytical background with accompanying troubleshooting skills as well as effective communication skills. Experience designing and engineering commercial cloud environments, architectures, and designs. Expert knowledge in storage technologies.

(i) Hands-on skill in network design, installation, and configuration for large-scale cloud environments. Experience with best practices associated with migrating and configuring storage across geographically distributed cloud-based architecture.

(ii) Knowledge of security standards such as FedRAMP, FISMA and SRG. Data Center Virtualization (DCV) Track and certified Design Expert Certification completed for that respective certification track. 

(iii) Knowledge of Cisco Certified Network Professional (Data Center, Enterprise, CyberOps, and Security), Cisco Certified Network Expert (Enterprise Infrastructure, Enterprise Wireless, Data Center, and Security) or Cisco Certified Architect. SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES

The Network Engineer will report to Client’s Office of Technology Infrastructure and Production.

The Network Engineer will perform the following:

(i) Work with project managers on the configuration and deployment of network and security communications hardware to meet the needs of each project on behalf of the Authority. The Engineer will also work with business units and stakeholders (internal/external) to implement, configure, deploy, and optimize the central monitoring nucleus of the technology infrastructure for business sustainment.

(ii) Design, implement, and test wireless, local area network (LAN), wide area network (WAN), Internet, and other data communications systems and segments.

(iii) Coordinate network maintenance activities on behalf of the Authority, external transit agencies, and other technical service personnel.

(iv) Monitor and perform routine analysis and optimization on the network to ensure functionality, traffic volume, and rates of transmission and coordinate proactive maintenances on equipment as needed in the event a fault is detected.

(v) Oversee design, security, installation, maintenance of the company’s network facilities including Primary Rate Interface (PRI), Digital Transmission Line (T1), Digital Subscriber Line (DSL), Digital Signal (DS3), and frame relay circuits.

(vi) Understand the technical aspects and network impacts of various communications services including LAN, WAN, Domain Name System (DNS), Simple Male Transfer Protocol) SMTP, Dynamic Host Configuration (DHCP), Hypertech Transfer Protocol (HTTP), DNS, File Transfer Protocol (FTP), Structured Query Language (SQL), and other current communications technologies and protocols.

(vii) Document equipment, data circuits, and overall network structure and layout. Develop implementation and installation proposals for new LAN/WAN environments.

(viii) Strong knowledge of routing protocols (Enhanced Interior Gateway Routing Protocol (EIGRP), Boarder Gateway Protocol (BGP), Open Shortest Path First (OSPF).

Systems Administrator with experience supporting a large Enterprise system with knowledge of Azure or Amazon Web Services (AWS) that will perform design, configuration, and implementation to support the Authority’s Network communications hardware, switches, storage, email, train control, and closed-circuit television (CCTV).

QUALIFICATIONS
Four (4) year degree in Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics. VMware Certified Professional (VCP5 or VCP6) certification. Experience as a Windows/Linux System Administrator supporting a large enterprise system with knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, Windows 2008/2012/2016, Linux/ UNIX Information and Computing System (UNIX) Operating Systems. Minimum of seven (7) years of experience with engineering and administration in virtualized environments. Needs strong relevant experience in a large virtualized environment to include virtual networking and storage management.

(i) Must have a strong analytical background with accompanying troubleshooting skills as well as effective communication skills. Experience designing and engineering commercial cloud environments, architectures, and designs. Expert knowledge in storage technologies.

(ii) Hands-on skill in storage design, installation, and configuration for large-scale cloud environments. Experience with best practices associated with migrating and configuring storage across geographically distributed cloud-based architecture.

(iii) Administration experience in a VMware or Microsoft or on an Azure or Amazon Web Services (AWS). Scripting experience w/ Microsoft PowerShell and vSphere PowerCLI.

(iv) Experience in calculating storage metrics with new technologies to increase efficiency and are responsible for the daily administration of storage facilities. The System Administrator will be responsible for capacity planning and tweaking performance for storage and backup environments.

(v) Handle replication of DR data to make sure that data is recovered, in case of any glitches. System Administrator will configure and administer performance and massive storage arrays while deploying and configuring Storage Area Network (SAN). They upgrade, implement, monitor policies, and procedures to ensure steady storage provisioning, protection of data, and adherence to compliance.

(vi) Experience resolving storage issues using Network File System (NFS), Fiber Channel over Ethernet (FCoE), and Common Internet File System (CIFS) protocols. They also administer backup architecture using several solutions. The System Administrator should also be versed on security governance standards/policies/organizations such payment Card Industry, Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act, Criminal Justice Information Services, and Georgia Criminal Information Center.

(vii) The Systems Administrator will properly map the storage for the Enterprise and Closed- Circuit Television (CCTV) network and coordinate migrations with the business units and stakeholders of the applications implemented on both networks. The System Administrator will configure all new storage into SolarWinds for proper reporting and life cycle management. The System Administrator will produce a Visio for application mapping and sign-off by the application support personnel and stakeholder. The Visio should contain the end to end communication of the application.

organization operate more efficiently and effectively. The SAP Developer/Analyst brings business
and information technology together by understanding the needs and limitations of both. The
SAP Developer/Analyst works to build, perform build validation, and collaborate with subject
matter experts to design and provide data outputs. The SAP Developer/Analyst also acts as a
system administrator, system analyst, and solution provider, also serves as a project team
member, specifically on requirements definition and testing activities. Provides guidance,
assistance, coordination, and follow-up on complex problems and ensures resolution. Works with
application developers and information analysts’ personnel to support production applications
and user-specific operations. Provide day to day support and management of Business
Intelligence (BI) tools.
QUALIFICATIONS
Four (4) year degree in Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems,
Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a (closely related field) similar expertise. 5-8 years
of relevant work experience. JAKARTA EE (J2EE) and web technologies (i.e., Spring Framework,

requirements into technical requirements, converting, updating and uploading production data,
managing Client’s data warehouse, building reports, dashboard and analytical tools, test and
support the integration of third party and in-house applications. The Senior Data Warehouse ETL
Developers will work with Client business units, project teams, IT staff and Client contractors
to achieve the successful implementation of well-designed technical solutions.
QUALIFICATIONS

Contractor shall provide three (3) Oracle Functional Analysts that will provide technical and
functional support for Oracle EBS modules, interfaces and other related applications to ensure
systems are technically and functionally sound and available. Prepare and maintain
documentation to ensure that applications can be maintained and recovered. These include
System Training Manuals, Description/Configurations/User/Technical Manuals, Standard
Operating Procedures (SOP), Scripts, Testing, Policies and Procedure Documents. Create and
execute test scenarios in support of production issue resolution. Look for areas of improvement
in monitoring, application stability, and root cause determination. Proactively monitor all core
business applications, including related system events, logs, ad alerts to ensure proper action in
case of issues or failure. Share and distribute knowledge with other team members and
throughout the authority. Create productive relationships by working closely with stakeholders,
technical staff, liaise with vendors, colleagues, and contacts from other teams to ensure timely
and efficient resolution of incidents and problems.
QUALIFICATIONS
Four (4) year degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems or related field or
relevant career experience. Oracle Functional Analyst must have a minimum of five (5) years of
experience related to Oracle technologies including (Oracle version R12 EBS). A minimum of three
(3) years’ experience working in an application support role; experience with Oracle Enterprise
Resource Planning (ERP) Cloud is preferred. Additional qualifications include:
(i) Incident management, problem management and change management processes.

implementation, verification and validation, and deployment of enhancements to the Client
Communications Service Manager (MCSM) middleware. The TIBCO Developers will design
integration service interfaces and schemas using industry standards, patterns, and canonical
representations. The TIBCO Developers will develop and execute automated unit and
performance tests of integration services. Additionally, the TIBCO Developers will be responsible
for creating detailed technical specifications for the existing application. He will also provide
support for the current production application. Finally, the TIBCO Developers will mentor other
Client team members on TIBCO and integration-related best practices.
